Position Overview

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing food with efficiency, accuracy, and pride—while working with focus and a strong sense of urgency.

Opening Team Opportunity

We are currently hiring for our opening team at Just Love Coffee & Cafe! This is a unique opportunity to help launch our cafe, shape the kitchen experience from day one, and be part of a team that sets the standard for everything we do.

We are hiring a limited number of team members for this opening team.

Training will take place during the week of April 14th, with our team working together to prepare for opening.

Hours & Availability

Our operating hours are:

Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are especially looking for team members with reliable weekday morning availability, including early starts at 6:00 AM.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and assemble food with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
Work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy
Ensure orders are correct before going out to guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
Follow all food safety and handling procedures
Work as part of a team that reflects Just Love’s core values
Complete all assigned shift tasks with excellence

What Success Looks Like

Running smooth, efficient shifts and hitting ticket time goals
Strong knowledge of menu items
Consistently producing accurate, high-quality orders
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout shifts

Reports to: Kitchen Lead and General Manager/Owner
Training: Structured, hands-on training with daily support
Probationary Period: First 90 days (at-will employment applies)
