As a Kitchen Team Member, you\u2019ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing food with efficiency, accuracy, and pride\u2014while working with focus and a strong sense of urgency.<\/p>\n

Opening Team Opportunity<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are currently hiring for our opening team<\/strong> at Just Love Coffee & Cafe! This is a unique opportunity to help launch our cafe, shape the kitchen experience from day one, and be part of a team that sets the standard for everything we do.<\/p>\n

We are hiring a limited number of team members for this opening team.<\/p>\n

Training will take place during the week of April 14th<\/strong>, with our team working together to prepare for opening.<\/p>\n

Hours & Availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our operating hours are:<\/p>\n

Monday\u2013Friday: 6:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM
\nSaturday: 7:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM
\nSunday: 8:00 AM \u2013 4:00 PM<\/p>\n

We are especially looking for team members with reliable weekday morning availability<\/strong>, including early starts at 6:00 AM.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Prepare and assemble food with consistency, quality, and attention to detail<\/li>\n
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy<\/li>\n
  • Ensure orders are correct before going out to guests<\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen<\/li>\n
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures<\/li>\n
  • Work as part of a team that reflects Just Love\u2019s core values<\/li>\n
  • Complete all assigned shift tasks with excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Reports to: Kitchen Lead and General Manager\/Owner
          \nTraining: Structured, hands-on training with daily support
          \nProbationary Period: First 90 days (at-will employment applies)<\/p>\n
