In your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for possessing an in-depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high degree of efficiency.<\/p>\n

Probationary Period<\/b><\/p>\n

Your first 90 days will be a probationary period. You are an At-Will employee and the company or you, may terminate your employment for any reason during this period.<\/p>\n

Training<\/b><\/p>\n

We will provide you with a written training manual outlining all aspects of your job and a training outline. This will be a logical progression of training so that all aspects of your position is covered. We will work with you daily to make sure you are properly indoctrinated with our processes, procedures, and the fundamental workings of our company.<\/p>\n

Compensation<\/b><\/p>\n

Your position description and compensation plan may be changed at management\u2019s discretion to support business objectives. Any changes will be communicated prior to a new payroll period starting. A payroll period is a two-week period that the company pays on every other Friday.<\/p>\n

Just Love Coffee Cafe Overview<\/b><\/p>\n

Just Love was founded as a non-profit roaster in 2009 in Murfreesboro, TN to help raise money for adoptions. It quickly grew into a popular cause-based company that supports local charities and takes its coffee seriously. Just Love has won top American roasting awards for the past four years in a row for roasting some of the best coffee in the country. Now Just Love Coffee Caf\u00e9 has landed in Michigan!<\/p>\n

Just Love Coffee Cafe is the specialty coffee cafe that goes the extra mile to serve all our customers coffee that is of the highest quality and a full artisan waffles menu. Yelp rates Just Love Coffee Caf\u00e9 at 4.5\/5 STARS.<\/p>\n

Pay is $10.25 per hour plus Tip Pool that could average between $4.00 – $6.00 per hour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
