This will be a logical progression of training so that all aspects of your position are covered.\u00a0\u00a0We will work with you daily to make sure you are properly indoctrinated with our processes, procedures, and the fundamental workings of our company.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation<\/u>:\u00a0<\/strong>Your position description and compensation plan may be changed at management\u2019s discretion to support business objectives.\u00a0Any changes will be communicated before a new payroll period starts.\u00a0A payroll period is a two-week period that the company pays every other Friday. This position has the opportunity to earn tips. Tips will be split between employees based on the cumulative hours worked.
