Position Overview
\nIn your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for possessing an in-depth knowledge of all Just Love
\nprocedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high degree
\nof efficiency.<\/p>\n

\nmarketing and catering initiatives.<\/p>\n
Reports to: Manager<\/p>\n
Probationary Period Yourfirst90dayswillbeaprobationaryperiod. YouareanAt-Willemployeeandthe
\ncompany or you, may terminate your employment for any reason during this time period.<\/p>\n
Training: We will provide you with videos outlining all aspects of your job and a
\ntraining outline. This will be a logical progression of training so that all aspects of your
\nposition are covered. We will work with you daily to make sure you are properly
\nindoctrinated with our processes, procedures, and the fundamental workings of our
\ncompany.<\/p>\n
Compensation: Your position description and compensation plan may be changed at management\u2019s
\ndiscretion to support business objectives. Any changes will be communicated prior to a
\nnew payroll period starting. A payroll period is a two-week period that the company pays
\non every other Friday.<\/p>\n
Must be available weekends and some holidays.<\/p>\n
