Meet Our Local Owners

Meet our owners Mike and Susan Norris, the duo behind Plainview’s Just Love Coffee Café. They’re not just bringing delicious food, drinks, and cozy vibes to town – this family has a symphony of stories, achievements, and a deep love for the community that’s sure to add an extra shot of warmth to your latte.
Mike and Susan are seasoned globetrotters. They’ve explored 31 states and 12 countries, but their roots run deep on the century-old family farm southwest of town. It’s a place where Mike raises corn, soybeans, and black angus cattle, carrying on a long and proud tradition. As both the founder of a private consulting firm focused on rural economic development and a sought-after consultant for a statewide development firm, Susan is a driving force in community revitalization.
From small-town roots to grand adventures life is busy for the Norris family but their real passion lies in giving back. Just Love Coffee Cafe isn’t just a business – it’s a way to give back to the community and create a space where folks of all ages can gather, connect, and make memories over fantastic food and drinks.
Just Love Coffee’s mission aligns perfectly with our vision. Friendly and nice environment with polite staff. So many drink plus food choices, I usually order the breakfast taco and a caramel frappe. They even tweek the drinks by substituting ingredients if you don’t want it. I love going here, it’s quiet and has WiFi which is always great in my book… Keep up the good work!
