Our Story
For Quinton and Katerra, bringing a Just Love Coffee Cafe to Midtown Memphis is more than a business venture. It’s a dream rooted in community, connection, and a shared vision.
Quinton, a Memphis native, first developed the idea of owning a coffee shop during his long nights studying in cafés throughout college and law school. Though he put that dream on hold to focus on his legal career, the idea stayed with him. Years later, after meeting his wife Katerra and sharing their hopes for the future, the couple revisited the concept and soon discovered that Just Love Coffee Cafe aligned perfectly with their goals and values.
Their decision to open in Midtown’s Overton Square was no coincidence. Known as the heart of Memphis, Midtown is rich with culture, community, and accessibility. It’s where people from all over the city come to connect and now, it’s home to a cafe built with love.
Their vision is to create more than just a place for great coffee and food. It’s about building a space that fosters positivity, provides opportunity, and brings people together. From job creation to community partnerships with schools, nonprofits, churches, and local businesses, Quinton and Katerra are committed to making a lasting, meaningful impact.
When guests walk through their doors, they can expect warm smiles, top-notch customer service, and a genuine desire to brighten their day — one cup at a time. They’re especially excited to introduce Memphis to Just Love’s seasonal drink offerings, as well as showcase local talent through unique grab-and-go options.

Friendly and nice environment with polite staff. So many drink plus food choices, I usually order the breakfast taco and a caramel frappe. They even tweek the drinks by substituting ingredients if you don’t want it. I love going here, it’s quiet and has WiFi which is always great in my book… Keep up the good work!
