Meet Our Local Owners
Meet Bill and Sandy Adams, the founders of Just Love Coffee Cafe in Berea, Kentucky. Their journey began in 1991 when they moved to Madison County with their daughter, Kassiea, to pursue degrees at Eastern Kentucky University. Falling in love with the community, they decided to settle in Berea and opened their Realty World office in 2004, committed to improving their hometown.
Their family grew with the addition of daughter Hayley in 1999, who now works full-time at Just Love Coffee, where her passion for coffee and cooking shines. The Adams family cherishes Berea’s stunning landscapes, vibrant arts scene, and outdoor activities, making it a special place for everyone.
Driven by a desire to serve their community, Bill and Sandy created Just Love Coffee Cafe—a hub for delicious food, great coffee, and cherished connections. They also provide a welcoming space for local students to study.
For the Adams family, Just Love Coffee Cafe is more than a business; it’s a way to share their love for their hometown and its people. They invite you to join them for a warm atmosphere and incredible flavors that celebrate the spirit of Berea.

We literally “Just Love” this place! My kids always order the wakey wakey and personally I’ve ordered different menu items only to be impressed with everything. Can’t go wrong with breakfast, lunch, or even an early dinner here.
Just had theeee best iced caramel macchiato with almond milk. Absolutely delicious. Better than Starbucks and Dunkin hands down.
The coffee is so delicious and the employees are so nice and polite. I fell like I’m home. It is a place to go with friends or family. Even alone, somebody from there will always smile to you. It is also getting better and better. ❤️
Friendly and nice environment with polite staff. So many drink plus food choices, I usually order the breakfast taco and a caramel frappe. They even tweek the drinks by substituting ingredients if you don’t want it. I love going here, it’s quiet and has WiFi which is always great in my book… Keep up the good work!
